The Natural Magnesium Treatment for Epididymitis

The natural Magnesium Treatment for Epididymitis works by using magnesium to expand and dilate the epididymis so that the calcium deposit causing the blockage can be easily removed. When you’re epididymis is fully dilated, you’ll ejaculate and the calcium deposit blocking the tube will easily come out.

The only thing you’ll need is an open schedule in the evening, and to get some magnesium sulfate pills. It’s a hard thing to find in your local health store, but you can buy them online here and then get overnight shipping for those needing immediate relief. You can also buy Epsom salts instead of the pills, mixing 2 tbs with 1.5 cups of water and drink half at each interval below, but drinking epsom salts is one of the most disgusting and horrible experiences I’ve put myself through, so I don’t recommend it!

Magnesium sulfate is commonly used as an additive to a lavish bath because it is absorbed through the skin and relaxes the muscles and body. People also take it internally as a natural laxative. In the Magnesium Treatment however, you’ll be taking Epsom salt internally but for it’s dilation and relaxation properties.

Here’s How It Works:

2:00 PM. – stop eating and only drink water for the rest of the night. This will save you from having to spend most of your evening on the toilet. You will have the runs either way with the magnesium, but I suggest you cut out your food intake after 2pm to make the whole experience more pleasant.

6:00 PM. – Take 12 pills of the magnesium sulfate that I linked you to above, along with 3/4 cup of water.

8:00 PM. Repeat by taking another 12 pills of the magnesium sulfate along with 3/4 cup of water. You haven’t eaten since two o’clock, but you won’t feel hungry. Get your bedtime chores done. The timing is critical for success.

9:45 PM. Now visit the bathroom one or more time if you need to and make sure you’re ready to go to bed immediately after your ten o’clock appointment. This is the time to brush your teeth etc.

10:00 PM. Lie down on your back on your bed. Bring your lady friend, computer or creative imagination into bed with you. This is your time to get “excited”. Looking at some porn usually does the trick but make sure you stay supine on your back. Then finish the deed and ejaculate. It’s very important that you stay on your back this whole time for this to work. After it’s over, you can do what ever you need to do to get ready to go to bed. Just try and do this as briskly as possible.

If you’re a light sleeper, I’d suggest taking some herbal sleep medicine, teas or tinctures to help you sleep through the whole night.

In the morning, do the pinch test again. If the pain has go away, congratulations, you removed the stuck calcium deposit. If you feel like your pain hasn’t changed or gotten worse. Repeat previous steps by taking another set of 12 pills, waiting an hour and then ejaculating supine again.

Awesome, thanks for posting this… I’m pain free!

Bro can you please help me

      • Believer12345

Try googling, magnesium sulfate is a dietary supplement sold freely, you don’t need a prescription for it. You could try any magnesium sulfate brand, as long as it contains magnesium sulfate. I already asked if a different form of magnesium, like magnesium bisglycinate chelate would work also. Yet to receive an answer on that.

        With best regards.

  • Rohan Kumar

    I haven`t tried it.

  • Trevor Rose

Made it worse in the morning if pain persists do you just have one drink ya

    • epididymitis

Yea, give it another shot. The epididymis is a really long tube, so you probably moved the stone through, but not out and built up back pressure. I had the same thing happen before it passed. If it doesn’t pass again, you can always try the process the next night. If that doesn’t help then see a doctor because you probably have an actual infection. Sexually active people and folks that have used catheters are of higher risk for a bacterial infection, fyi.

      • lee

You really think the pills work better

        • epididymitis

It’s not that they work better, it’s just easier to get down and in the stomach.

  • S. C.

And what about Magnesium Spray locally? Can it work as well or better than Epsom Salt?

    • epididymitis

For the process above, it’s not going to work the same as drinking the epsom salts because it’s not going to saturate your body to the same extent, which is what you want. But using Magnesium Chloride (the stuff in a spray form) locally in conjunction with the salts could be helpful, or using the spray before/after you take the salts. Some people can have a burn-like reaction to this form of magnesium, so if you do try it, make sure to test a small amount first.

      • S. C.

        Thanks a lot!

Can warm bath help to expand and dilate the epididymis as well? Can I eat after the procedure? Can procedure be shifted, say, 3 hours forward? I won’t fall asleep at 10pm, especially being hungry.

Your info is giving me hope!

        • epididymitis

Yea warm baths are great, you can add epsom salts in there too, but if you’re drinking the epsom salts just be careful not to overdo it because the hot water and magnesium can make you feel a little too relaxed and light headed. Eating after is fine. Moving the time forward to match up with your normal bed schedule is totally fine too.

  • Colin Branscombe

I don’t have magnesium sulfate, I have magnesium citrate.….can I use those instead?

    • epididymitis

No, Magnesium Citrate doesn’t affect the body in the same way

      • Colin Branscombe

Would this treatment help with a testicular cyst that resides in the epididymis?

        • epididymitis

Most likely it wouldn’t help with a cyst, but it wouldn’t hurt to try and let everyone know here if it worked or not

  • lee

Hello can you please tell me if the strength of the pills matter

    • epididymitis

Your best bet is measuring ‘strength’ by the milligram amount of magnesium sulfate in each pill. Shoot for around 1000 mg per pill.

      • lee

I tried the epson salts but did not work for me I had a very bad belly for days after

        • epididymitis

did you get the pills or did you do the epsom salts?

          • lee

            Salt

          • epididymitis

Yea the pills don’t irritate the stomach as much as the salts

      • lee

But my doctor as told I have a bit of prostaiis as well been on ciprofloxaci 3 weeks got better but came back after seeing doctor next Week testicle is very tender and burning in the perineum I hear they can remove the Epididymitis to relieve pain for testicle

        • Austen

What are your symptoms exactly? Sounds like you might actually have an infection in which case, try homeopathic medicine. Anything is worth a shot especially since an epdidymectomy might not remove the pain and can cause more problems.

          • lee

Last September I got pain in my left testicle they thought it was a kidney stone I had to CT scans they found some small grit in my kidney I took antibiotics for three weeks pain is back now left testical still hurts at the back and botton pain in my left pevic no pain Durny sex but seems worse next day

          • Austen

Who’s they? Urologist? If only your GP definitely go see a Urologist and have them look at a sperm specimen so they can actually identify whether its viral or STD. Did the pain just come out of nowhere? where you having unprotected sex at the time? The fact that antibiotics helped means you might not have taken a long enough course to get rid of it. Some need 6 weeks.

          • lee

Yes I see the Urologist and been tested for all sexual diseases and all come back clear

          • Austen

all I can think of is UTI from retrograde urination. Either a specified antibiotic or homeopathic remedy would help.

          • lee

Would u like to the recording it’s very interesting

          • lee

Leecleife@live.com is my e mail if u would e mail I could share the recording I took from appointment

        • epididymitis

Austen has some good advice and questions for you. From your brief comments sounds like you have had a persistent infection, but your small grit is worth giving this method a try though you said it didn’t help. Have you been checked for STD’s? (For those reading the comments, having a catheter also puts you at a big risk for getting epididymitis.) Your antibiotics might not have been taken for long enough, or it might not be the right type.

  • Austen

12 pills of 1030mg pills is approximately 14 grams of Magnesium sulfate at once. Since, you and others have done this without dying, I’m guessing this doesn’t take serum magnesium levels in the blood over the top but taking 14g of any mineral sounds scary. How did you discover that this method wasn’t dangerous?

    • epididymitis

The idea originated from the Liver Flush, which uses the same technique to remove gale stones from the liver. This flush calls for 15 pills (15.5 grams) taken four times, which I’ve done before and is safe, although I think it’s excessive.

I’ve cut the magnesium in half (unless it didn’t work the first night and you want to do it again in the morning), and lowered the pill level to 12, which is 12.36 grams, not 14. If anyone does feel adverse effects from even that amount, drink a lot of water to flush some of the magnesium out. You can also take calcium at the same time since the high levels of magnesium can deplete calcium stores in the body.

      • Austen

My god, you actually replied in a timely matter. Sorry after doing further research and seeing reviews, I’ve learned that 12.36 grams is a reasonable dose for flushing. Just got confusing with IV doses being the most prominently documented along with bio availability and elemental percentages(fuck my life). All your information is extremely helpful, and the fact that you replied so quickly and that this website isn’t for commercial gain is honestly a miracle. As I’m sure you know, this condition is mentally disturbing and only gets worse when you find people trying to scam you during your time of need. I’ve received my bottle and will be doing the treatment today and will be sure to comment again with results. This is an experience I wish upon no man. Thanks.

        • epididymitis

Good luck! I hope what I’ve learned will be able to help you too! Let us know how it goes. Have you already tried antibiotics?

          • Austen

Will do. Yea I was on doxycycline for two weeks and then Ciprofloaxin with no improvement at all. Never had an infection so it was pointless. I actually got epididymits from having tantric sex with a lady friend(sex with no ejaculation) after a month of a semen retention. Obviously, I was doing alot of sexual experimenting and proceeded to back myself in the process. Thought an excess of sperm/semen would be absorbed or released during a Nocturnal emission but I messed up by extremely stimulating the body with no release. Sex was great and long because I was riding the wave instead of ejaculating but I’ve learned that if you start something, you have to finish it.

  • Greg

As you said, this closely resemble the liver cleanse, which recommends drinking olive oil to allow the stones to pass less painfully. Have you passed stones while doing this treatment? And would you recommend the olive oil?

    • epididymitis

I supposed you could do the liver cleanse at the same time, but the olive oil has nothing to do with passing the epididymitis stone. The olive oil is required for the liver flush because it triggers your body to squeeze out bile pushing the stones out along the way, it does not work as a lubricant making it less painful.

      • Greg

I followed the directions last night precisely without the olive oil. I don’t think I had any success – I feel about the same as yesterday before. I don’t need to try the pinch test to confirm – it’s still definitely sore. Do you think 4 hours is always enough to get the magnesium into the epididymis?

        • epididymitis

Yea, the mag works fast. How have you been feeling since doing it?

          • Greg

I don’t want to discourage anyone else from trying it. But it didn’t seem to help. My case my be different in that I seemed to have bruised my epididymis two months ago when having sex with my wife two weeks after hernia surgery. Antibiotics didn’t help so I’m trying lots of rest now.

  • Austen

So after the pain from ejaculation wore off, I no longer have a congested feeling on the left side of my pelvis. The treatment, as uncomfortable as it was, seems to have worked. Don’t think a urologist would’ve ever suggested magnesium sulfate as a means to push it out. They just treat symptoms and would’ve probably suggested surgery. This was a godsend.

    • epididymitis

That’s awesome, thanks for coming back and posting! Hopefully this episode will be one to stay in the past from now on.

Hi can you please tell me more about pmg?

  • Lee1

I had Urinary Track infection , and now it is epididymitis, I was on antibiotics for couple of weeks which did not improve my condition. I have sought to homeopathic treatment , which has given me some relief. Now, the pain has subsided , it is the occasional swelling and mild pain I am dealing with at present , which occurs mostly when I am not resting. The peculiar thing is that I find a strange association between pain and swelling there and drinking alcohol. Anyone else with this realization?

  • HSMF

Hello, Would this work on someone who has had a vasectomy? With the vas deferens cut?

    • epididymitis

This treatment won’t work for someone with a vasectomy because the built up pressure needs somewhere to go, flushing out the tube. With the vas deferens tied closed, it would be able to flush out the stone.

  • Lowri

The magnesium sulphate tablets I have found are for 600mg, does the strength matter or can I just use more tablets?

    • epididymitis

Just use more tablets so that it matches the dosage listed above.

  • disqus_VhSo7T5Ps0

Tried it twice now with zero success. Can you give any advise? I’ve had epididymitis come and go three times now with use of anti biotics ;-(

    • epididymitis

Sounds like you have a reoccurring bacterial infection. I call this a bodily weakness: we all have areas in our bodies that tend to become reinfected. Think about bladder infections, once you get one, you’ll tend to get it over and over throughout your life. One things that I’ve found to be very helpful in dealing with infections is to eat a very alkaline diet, stay away from alcohol, meat, sugar as much as possible. Semen is naturally alkaline but if we are eating bad acidic foods, it can become more acidic. Bacteria (most) infections thrive in acidic environments which might be why your infection keeps getting triggered.

  • Andrew Patty

why wouldn’t this push out bacteria/infection? isn’t it something “living” in your epididymis ?

    • epididymitis

It would/could help in flushing out some bacteria, in the same sense that using a netty pot helps flush out the nasal passages when you have a cold, which makes the magnesium flush a great thing to try before antibiotics. But the bacteria is infecting the cells of the epididymis and a flush won’t help this.

  • David

Im kinda scared to do this because I start getting extreme intense pain just from being aroused. Can you simply dissolve the calcium deposit?

    • epididymitis

No you can’t dissolve calcium deposits, if you could, kidney stone wouldn’t be so painful. Staying on a diet that reduces the chances of getting a calcium deposit is your best bet, avoiding alcohol, fluoridated water/toothpaste, and foods that have added calcium.

  • Paul

Hi, my Epididymitis started about 4 or 5 months ago and was/is about the size of a marble.. When I went to the doctor, he of course prescribed me Cypro (typical for over 40yrs old and non-sexually active). I was really against it and tried some natural remedies that brought the swelling down some but didn’t shrink the marble. That was back in February 2015. The doctor did not test me at all for some reason, probably because I the last sexual contact I had was 3 years prior since my last girlfriend. Only blood work I had was about 6 months prior (full panel) and only included HIV and I think Syphillis and was clean. I never really have had much pain or redness from the beginning thru now. Just occasional discomfort and slight pain once in a while in the opposite testical. (or at least it appears to be in opposite testical) At first I figured it must be bacterial due to urine backup, but now starting to think its the calcium you spoke of. Do you think I am a good candidate for the Magnesium Sulfate flush? Your time is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Paul

    • epididymitis

Give it a try, it definitely won’t hurt anything, especially if you’ve had the condition for over 5 months.

  • Bob

Just wondering if this works dependent on the cause? Meaning, I believe I have epididymitis caused from heavy weight lifting a few days prior. I haven’t seen the doctor yet as I am currently on vacation, but I’m curious if I should try this remedy while on the road. Pain isn’t severe yet, but I have some swelling and that “kicked in the nuts” feeling.

    • epididymitis

It would help give your body a better chance to fight off the infection, especially if you are already on antibiotics, in the same way that gargling salt water helps flush away colds. But the bacteria/infection is attacking the cells of the epididymitis so the flush wouldn’t remove the bacteria nor stop it from doing malicious things down there.

  • Dan

    Tried it

  • Dan

Don’t know if it worked :0

  • Paul277

Ive been suffering from epidydimitis for 10 months and to make matters worse I was misdiagnosed with cancer in the other testicle a year ago meaning it was unnecessarily removed. Believe me no one wanted to cure this more than me since thanks to medical negligence its my only testicle left! After 6 cycles of antibiotics and feeling suicidal I went to see a homeopathic healer. She said it kept coming back due to my immune system being destroyed by the antibiotics allowing the infection to run riot as soon as I finish the course. That made sense to me and she gave me the following: Probiotic capsules, aloe vera drinking gel, Rhododendron tablets and an inflammation mix. I began this routine along with my own researched supplements. Im currently taking cranberry pills, apple cider pills, turmeric capsules, fenugreek tablets, saw palmetto and drinking loads of cranberry juice and water daily. I began this routine a week ago and so far feel almost fully cured. Ive also stopped all alcohol and recreational drugs and bought a magnetic bracelet for inflammation. I tried the magnesium trick 3 times and it did feel slightly better in the morning but by the afternoon it was back to its tight and painful state again. If the mag treatment and antibiotics fail then the only way to cure this is to stop all antibiotics and boost your own immune system naturally with strong probiotics and supplements. Hope this helps and maybe the website owner could add this method to the site aswell as another alternative. Cheers, Paul

    • Decus

Paul, sorry to hear about your misfortune, but I’m glad to hear at least that there may be a light of relief at the end. I wanted to follow up and ask what the status of your home treatment has resulted in. I cannot believe the lack of medical studies in regards to epididymitis considering how many individuals are affected every year. I have been dealing with an inflamed lymph system (that has only gotten worse) that is running the course of my entire shaft and near the head of my penis now. That has been going on for months, but only within the past month have I had serious flare ups with the epididymitis.

After lab results came back negative for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia, which I knew they would and going through the routine 10-day Doxy cycle, it did help quite a bit while I was on it, but a few days after (and foolishly masturbating), it’s now just as bad as it ever was. However, the swelling in my unilateral (left) epididymis seems to fluctuate a bit so I’m not sold on the fact that I have a blockage in the lining of it. I think I have a blockage in my lymph system in my penis that is the root of all my problems and what ultimately caused my epididymitis.

Unfortunately, it’s nearly impossible to treat for blockages in your lymph system as the flow is almost entirely random and I may be one the unfortunate ones who will have to wait for that blockage to clear up before I get relief.

I refuse to go back to my Primary and have them put me on more Antibiotics, so I am now taking Turmeric, Saw Palmetto, Echinacea, Yarrow and Vitamin E. Will probably end up taking OMEGA-3 supplements as well and considering adding in Probiotics.
      — On top of that, I’m going to try and get back into Yoga (supposedly helps with lymph system flow) and meditation. It sounds like this has taken a mental toll on many of you as well and I cannot keep obsessing about this problem.

I’d urge anyone suffering from this avoid the inherent risks of Doctor recommended antibiotic regiments that can go on for months and months, as the long term repercussions of that are seriously scary.

Thank you for starting this blog and please, keep it going. It looks like it will be up to us, the sufferers to figure this out on our own and spread the word on effective treatments.

Good luck to all of you.

      • epididymitis

Thanks for posting your story. I’m a big yoga person, so I can definitely attest to the health benefits, particularly the inversion poses that help with the lymph system. Here’s my thought: what about trying an inversion table (and drinking a ton of water throughout the day)? This might just be the help your lymph system needs to flush itself.

        • Decus

Hey, thanks for the response and for what you are doing here. I’ve always been one to drink 8-10 cups of water a day, if not more, but yoga is something I’m now really getting into.

My lymph system (in my groin and on my penile shaft) is most definitely an issue, but now that I’m thinking about it, what if the epididymitis was actually first. Now that I think back, I do remember having a very slight inflammation in my left epididymis in 1st Quarter of 2015, then, the lymph system became worse and more enlarged over the course of the year, and getting noticeably worse in May 2015 and the epididymitis hitting it’s peak in late July- early August.

Now that I feel up the length of the epididymis, it does feel like there is one area that is always more swollen then the rest (towards the very top speaking in vertical terms) while the other lining seems to fluctuate it’s swelling throughout the day.

Perhaps I do still have the blockage you speak of, although I do have to say that the lining still feels moderately soft throughout, in other words, I don’t feel a “hard” portion or even something similar to a cyst.
          — Still that one area is always noticeably more swollen.

          What would you recommend?

          Thanks again!

          • Paul277

            Hi Fellas,

Just reporting back with my situation! Unfortunately the epidydimitis returned again and I fell into another deep depression. Its amazing how one day I can feel perfectly fine and life seems alrite then the next it flares up and I feel like topping myself. it makes it so much harder that its my only testicle but I’m on testosterone replacement now which is helping aswell.

Anyway I paid to see a very experienced urologist and he put me on gabapentin which was very good and helped alot with the pain at first. Unfortunately it eventually started to make me a bit constipated which you will all know exacerbates the epidydimitis. The urologist wants to explore inside with an endoscope, culture my prostate fluid and also put a prosthetic testicle in for the one that I lost last year.

In the mean time I’ve stopped going to the gym and it seems to have helped a lot. Ive been a keen bodybuilder for 10 years and always continued pushing through the pain. in fact the doctors told me to keep going to the gym to help with my mood. For the past 2 weeks though ive not been to the gym once and have felt my epidydimis improve on a daily basis. Apparantly when you push heavy weights it forces blood and pressure into the spermatic cord and that cant be good for it. Also Ive upped my fenugreek intake and bought some Dr Mercola saw palmetto with lycopene which I read somewhere is supposed to be better than regular saw palmetto. At the moment it seems to be behaving itself and Ive got my surgery next month so I’ll let you guys know how it goes. The positive thing is I havent taken any antibiotics for about 5 months now and it seems to be improving but very slowly.

            Thanks

            Paul

    • epididymitis

I’m sorry to hear how difficult this issue has been for you. And thanks for your suggestion, I’ve been thinking about putting together a more general health blog that would discuss many of my other general health techniques for good health and maintaining a good immune system. Here’s what I recommended quickly to another commenter here: One things that I’ve found to be very helpful in dealing with infections
is to eat a very alkaline diet, stay away from alcohol, meat, sugar as
much as possible. Semen is naturally alkaline but if we are eating bad
acidic foods, it can become more acidic. Bacteria (most) infections
thrive in acidic environments which might be why your infection keeps
getting triggered. Cancer also thrives in acidic environments.

Just ordered the supplement, and going to give this a shot. I am a 24 year old vegan, have been for 2 years. I eat very clean, hydrate frequently, and have had epidydimitis for 4-5 weeks. The doctor put me through two cycles of anibiotics – doxy and cipro, which didn’t alleviate the problem. I am an avid cyclist and runner, but haven’t done any physical activity for almost a month and a half. I still have a bit of pain, and really hope this works. I also had some fear of magnesium toxicity. Will do this later this week. Going to seriously blow the biggest load that night, Supine!! Lol. Fingers crossed.

      How’d it go?

      • Luke Marshall

Didn’t do it yet, was kind of nervous because im still on the cipro cycle. Thoughts? Also i think i have a UTI as well, my urine reaks, and i found a herbal supplement called U.T. Vibrance i’m going to try, i’ve been having lemon juice to cleanse my liver though. I will start taking saw palmetto tomorrow or wesnesday (whenever it arrives) and hopefully that helps as well. Should i be okay to take saw palmetto and that U.T. Vibrance supplement while on cipro, or do you recommend waiting?

        • epididymitis

I’d wait until you’re off cipro before trying the magnesium flush. Magnesium can reduce how much of the antibiotic is absorbed into the body. Saw palmetto should be safe to take with the antibiotics.

And talking about UTI’s, Olive leaf extract with Oregano oil has helped me immensely. If I feel that pain in the bladder/while peeing, I’ll put about eight droppers full of each extract in about 24 ounces of water and chug it quickly. Within about an hour, and a lot of peeing, it goes away.

  • Lowreen

Hi, I had sudden pain on my left epidermis one day while having sex 6 months ago. Tested negative for STDs or any bacteria and already taken antibiotics and alpha blockers and quercetin as well other natural supplements but the the pain persisted. I have tried this method once a few days ago, using epsom salts 1 tbp and with a condom. The pain decreased significantly after that but there is still pain. I will try it again using 2 tbp.

Meanwhile, I like to ask the reason for lying in a supine position? Also, should a condom be used? As I am concerned the condom causes suction of air into the penis. Are the stones supposed to be dissolved by the magnesium or are they flushed out together during ejaculation?

    • epididymitis

A few answers for you: The magnesium helps to dilate the epididymitis so that the stone can pass through more easily, it doesn’t dissolve the stone. Because of this, it’s best to lay on your back so that you’re not fighting gravity as the stones are pushed out. If you were standing, the stones need to travel upward (mostly) against gravity, if you are horizontal. Also, I wouldn’t use a condom because that might restrict some of the semen.

  • Luke Marshall

Also is it okay to do the magnesium treatment while on cipro?

    • Lowreen

yoz pal, magnesium reduces effectiveness of fluoroquinolone class of antibiotics like cipro. Better not to take it while on cipro. How long was your cipro cycle? 6 weeks to 3 months is the optimal cipro course to treat bacterial infections.

      • Luke Marshall

Thanks. I did a two week course, and they represcribed me for 3 more weeks. But im not taking any for the next two days so i can kick start my cycle with a magnesium flush. Its weird because my balls ached a little today, so i decided to try masterbating and the pain went away for a little. I masterbated again and upon ejaculation i could feel a little knot in my epididymis. Hopefully the magnesium works. Im praying. I am too young for this.

        • Lowreen

yeah man, please come back and update if the treatment works. I did the magnesium treatment the day before with 1 tbp of epsom salt. This morning, I urinated out 2 lumps of jelly light stuff i don’t know what’s that. I still have pain in my left epidermis but minimum pain in my scrotum. I am going to try the treatment again with 2 tbp of epsom salt over the weekend.

          • Luke Marshall

Let me know what happens. I really just want to get rid of this pain. Shit has been making me way too sedentary.

          • Lowreen

As of today, after taking 2 tbp of epsom salt 2 days ago and doing it without condoms as advised by our Webmaster, I can say, the pain index is at 5-10%. the stinging pain on my left epidermis is gone but there is still a kind of stretching pain behind my left testicle. I like to add that besides doing the magnesium treatment, I have also been taking Quercetin + Bromelain 1000mg per day, Graminex Flower Pollen 500mg per day, Saw Palmetto 320 per day and Vitamin C 1000mg per day. I believe these natural meds speed up the healing process when used in conjunction with the magnesium treatment.

I gotta say, there is always this paranioa of having bacteria in the tissues somewhere. Don’t read too much of those crazy forums man, those guys keep talking about STDs and telling you antibiotics don’t work and when you tell them you haven’t got STD cos you haven’t been having sex, they then tell u recycled information about maybe its muscle spasm, maybe its in your mind, maybe this maybe that.

            Keep trying man.

          • Daryl Bean

did the stretched feeling go away yet? thanks

        • epididymitis

          How’d it go?

  • nkwrig01

I want to try this treatment as I’ve been dealing with pelvic floor, prostate and epididymis pain for roughly the last year. They all basically immediately onset after a single ejaculation. Pelvic floor PT, avoiding trigger foods (coffee) and abstinence have helped each category
moderately but lately my epididymitis has been intense. My urologist doesn’t
think it’s infection based as there is no signs from the urine tests. I haven’t
tried antibiotics because of this and their nasty side effects but just started
an herbal tincture remedy from my herbalist. Too early to tell if it is working
much. I asked my urologist about your treatment method but he said they he had
never heard of it (to no surprise lol).

Usually ejaculation helps ease the discomfort if done in wide enough intervals but
recently twice in a 24-48 hour time span has made the last two weeks extremely
uncomfortable. The pain has only ever been on the back of my right testicle.
Sometimes the vas deferens stiffen up and gain volume at the bottom attachment
and the epididymis on the back is tender and a little swollen. My only concern
with this treatment is if the last ejaculation caused me so much pain, maybe
this experiment will only make it worse? I don’t think I can tolerate anything
    worse….

Two considerations I would like acknowledged first:

    1) Is there any type of physical injury or structural problem that could complicate
this experiment? I mainly ask because ejaculation is what started this
situation a year ago and also onset my most recent pain episode. Maybe I have a
rare issue that hasn’t come up on any tests? I occasionally get spasms
that seem to run up the vas deferens and into the epididymitis but not sure
what that’s about? I’ve never had any issues like this prior to the onset
    a year ago….

    2) Second, I’ve been supplementing with various forms of mag over the last three
years (citrate, threonate, chloride) and take about 500mg each night as part of
my routine. Being that I’m likely saturated with mag at this point, does taking
roughly 25 grams of mag sulfate all at once run any risks? I read below that
this isn’t considered toxic but that does seem like a lot. Knowing that each form of mag affects
different levels of your biology (brain, RBC, cellular, etc.), and not being
familiar with mag sulfate, the level it acts on, or if it could potentially be
synergistic with the other forms I ingest. Should I suspend my other
    supplementation before trying this treatment?

Thank you for the information and a swift reply to this message would be most helpful.
Let me know if you need any other information on my situation and I will answer
    the best I can.

    Looking forward to your response!

    • nkwrig01

Also, sometimes my right testicle lifts up to be closer to my body than left, maybe a 1 inch or so difference. Urologist says that could be due to inflammation.

I don’t have any signs of infection (fever, chills, etc.) but I’m concerned as I’ve been dealing with this for about a year now and I’m worried about the results of having a persistent infection for that long? I don’t want to face surgeory or anyhting like that…

    • epididymitis

There isn’t (or hasn’t been) any physical issues reported by using the method here, apart from your body ejaculating, which is an intricate process indeed. The spasm might be an indication of other issues going on in your body.

Taking a lot of magnesium can pull calcium from the body if you’re not supplementing with extra calcium (I recommend taking the Mag Citrate that has calcium in it already). I suspect that this can contribute to the stone formation in the first place. Mag Sulfate is totally different in terms of effectiveness in the body. Mag Citrate/Chloride don’t behave in the way we need them to for this treatment to work and definitely stop taking the other magnesium supplements while you try this treatment.

      • nkwrig01

I know its been touched on in another comment but 25 grams of mag sulfate over two doses is totally safe?

        • epididymitis

Yes. And I agree with Chris above that spasms can be a sign on an infection.

        • epididymitis

Yea you’ll be fine. If someone weighs less than the average male, then you might think about reducing the dosage slightly.

        • epididymitis

          Yes.

    • chris

I am actually in the same boat as far as the spasms. Only difference is that I get discharge too, and pain on both sides. Typically these are signs of an infection. Dont wanna scare you and also Im not doc but I would say take antibiotics.

  • chris

Do you have to go to bed like right after?

    • epididymitis

No, not necessarily. You could also move the whole sequence back later so it ends later at night.

  • Prince Kumar

sir…..i hv a epididymitis…for 1 year…am taking homeopathy medicine ..but it does not show improve plz..tell me taking magnesium sulfate doesn’t harm my body becoz i am thin..and 21 yrs
    plzzz..suggest me

  • James

    Hi,

I am interested in trying this out but am unable to find the magnesium sulfate pills you recommend. A lot of the links on your site to external sites no longer work. At any rate, can you point me to a place where I can purchase these pills?

You also recommend to take 12 pills but what size is each pill? 50mg? 100mg?

    Please let me know.

    • epididymitis

The pills that are linked to above are 1000mg each. Just checked the links and they are all working. If you can’t get it to work search for

Magnesium Sulfate USP (Epsom Salts), 1030mg, 100 capsules on Amazon

  • chris

The problem for me is an anti biotic resistant infection. It has resulted into a calcificiation of my right epidytimis. I tried the magnesium treatment once and did not work for me. Any other suggestions anyone??

  • Bob

My last cipro was 2 days ago. How long do.you have to be off cipro to start this treatment?

    • epididymitis

At least a few days since antibiotics continue to work in the body after taking them. Id be safe and doing it 5-7 days after.

  • YorkiesWorld

I’ve had Epididymitis for quite a while – I’ve just purchased some Epsom Salts and I’m gonna try it with water as stated in your guide, are you sure it’s safe to drink the Epsom Salts or take them like this? The one I got says it is 100% BP/FCC Grade organic Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) – is this the right stuff? I tend to be quite the worry type when it comes to these sorts of things…

    • epididymitis

I’m sure it’s fine (without knowing exactly what you bought) if it says food grade on the package. I’ve tried it with regular epsom salts you can get at costco and that was just fine. Although the pills linked above are the best.

      • YorkiesWorld

Great thanks very much, I’ll try it out soon and let everyone know how it goes!

  • RoCk ShaDoW-WaLkEr

I was diagnosed with Epididymitis just over a week ago now-it began a couple months ago.First hospital trip was over a week ago only after I had side effects from stool softeners which caused the normal pain to become living hell and I couldn’t take the burning in my abdomen area.
Besides the normal symptoms mentioned here I also experienced extreme and painful shrinkage anytime I would ejaculate or have to go to the bathroom to drop a stool(not sure if anyone experienced this).
I have been committing to lots of rest and been trying water fasting (drinking distilled water only) in hopes it would help after searching the internet for months only to be tossed around between the possible culprit.
I couldn’t find Magnesium Sulfate in tablets anywhere locally and found it in liquid form ,only to buy it and then realize the suggested dosage be around 12,500 mg and the liquid I wasted money on only had 125 mg per 10 mils so I would have had to drink like 44 cups and at 25$ for 250 ml it would be very expensive. So make sure to read carefully before spending money, sometimes the desperation to heal can cause us not to think things through.
Anyways I did happen to have 4kg’s of Epsom Salt ;but after reading peoples experiences didn’t want to go that route so I tried to find tablets and in the end chose the raw salt.
I again should have read more thoroughly and seen 2 tablespoons split between the 2 doses ;but didn’t and did 2 tablespoons per dose but didn’t finish all the water. It is 8:47 pm and I am awaiting 10 pm to try the last step,I will post back results.
If anyone is worried bout the raw salt route I drank pretty much double and feel fine so don’t worry.
Really appreciate stumbling across the site after months of trying all sorts of vitamin combos to no avail and spending a hefty amount on pain killers because doctors here in Canada tell you to take Ibuprofen for almost everything.I’m in high hopes this is the solution that works for me.

    • RoCk ShaDoW-WaLkEr

So I’m actually worse off than I was, terrible hot/cold flashes, nausea and puking, the diarhea I assume from the Epsom salt

      • epididymitis

Sounds like you had a pretty bad detox effect. When people do the liver cleanse (which this is based off of) it’s recommended they do a cleansing routine for several weeks in advance, but most guys need some relief immediately when dealing with epididymitis.

    • epididymitis

      Good luck!

  • David Green

Will this work after a vasectomy?

    • epididymitis

No, it won’t work for you.

      • Joseph Fontaine

        Hello,
I also recently had a vasectomy (2 months ago) and have been suffering from Epididymitis ever since. I found this article, but became disheartened when you said it will not work. I am wondering why? Thank you.

        • Jeremy Zykorie

clearly, because you had a vasectomy. not to be rude, but as a fellow post vasectomy sufferer, you’ve been cut. you can’t flush out the semen through the vas definers because your vas defrens has been cut. Maybe if you had an open ended vasectomy you can try it out

          • Hem

Did you have an open-ended or closed-ended ? Has anything worked to provide relief in your case?

  • hanan

Can i take this as well as taking baths with a cup of epsom salts? or would that be too much absorption of the magnesium?

    • epididymitis

I wouldn’t recommend even taking a bath while doing this, the heat itself could be too much for some people.

      • hanan

when is it best to know whether you should treat it with cold ice or warm treatments as I’ve heard that sitz bath aid in genital pain relief?

        • epididymitis

This treatment is meant to permanently remove the stone, so you should try it at least once (or yearly if it comes back regularly like kidney stones). Cold ice might be helpful for a more chronic situation.

  • hanan

I have no discharge? + culture came back negative for any bacterial. Does that mean it is non bacterial ? and therefore is most likely to be due to a calcium deposit?

    • epididymitis

      Yes, most likely.

  • AJ H.

So I tried this last night… Epsom salt and water. I guess it worked. Less swelling and the pain is gone, although I do have pretty bad diarrhea now. I don’t know if that just side effects to Epsom salt or not, not really a big deal. But my question is can I continue regular sexual activity immediately? I want avoid more swelling but I don’t know if I should wait a week or if I can just jump back into regular sex and masturbation. Please respond.

    • epididymitis

The diarrhea is caused from the epsom salts (which as used as a laxative back in the day). You should be fine to resume normal sexual activity immediately, but if it were me, I’d give my body at least a few days to recover from the initial swelling.

  • mitesh kumar

does it removes the swelling?? i have no pain so far in the swollen area

    • epididymitis

If you have a stone, which the flush will remove, then this will remove the swelling.

  • Diligent1

I’m wondering what’s the significance of ejaculating on your back? Is it using gravity to help the tiny stones make their way out?

Thanks for posting, going to give this a try. After 3 plus years of painful sensitivity and inflammation in the left epididymis, countless doctors, multiple antibiotics, ultrasounds, CTs (you name it) – I’ve gotten absolutely nowhere. The problem is only getting worse. Fingers crossed that this method might bring some relief.

I know there are diet and lifestyle changes I should also be making, but I find it very hard to make those changes and commit. Things like quitting coffee or alcohol, exercising more regularly, low inflammatory foods (no sugar) etc. I start, but always end up failing in those endeavors.

    • epididymitis

Yes, it’s using gravity to help the removal process (but part of me thinks that it doesn’t matter since the epididymis is full of ups and downs anyway). Good luck, I hope it helps you.

Don’t give up on your overall pursuit of health my friend, it’s hard to be healthy but well worth it to avoid unnecessary suffering.

  • cherie

hi my husband has no sperm in his ejaculate the doc says he has a blockage from epididymitis, he had cipro and still no sperm could doing this treatment bring his sperm back?

    • epididymitis

This treatment might very well help your husband (assuming that the problem is in fact a blockage issue). I would suggest trying several times over the course of a month if it doesn’t work the first time. Either way, please come back and tell us if it worked! I’m very curious to know.

      • cherie

Thankyou I’m excited to see if this will work also we are just waiting for the pills to arrive we have been trying for a baby for over two years now and it wasn’t until we did fertility test that it was discovered he had epididymitis so he was given cipro. Which took the pain away but the doc said coz there Is no sperm he is likely to have a blockage in his epididmis from having the infection so long, so we are willing to try anything as $30000 for Ivf is out of our reach

        • epididymitis

          Good luck!

  • Bob

Will this work for epididymitis that was caused by Chlamydia? I was diagnosed with epididymitis about two weeks ago and doxycycline did not do much and I am still in pain.

    • epididymitis

Probably not if it’s really caused by Chlamydia, but like I tell other people, it wouldn’t hurt to try anyway.

      • Bob

Thanks for the reply, would it cause any bad side effects?

        • epididymitis

No, just a little diarrhea for most people

  • Lowreen

Hey Guys, thought I should come back to give updates to my condition. Long story short, I have had epididymitis/prostatitis since 2004. It was very very difficult to treat. In 2011, I finally went to see a specialist who did a semen culture test and they found strep B in the semen and I was given Co-amoxiclav for 14 days. I was trouble-free for 2-3 years but in between, the pain would come back suddenly but subside after a course of painkillers [naproxen/diclofenac]. I also had to get up several times to the toilet. Each time I relapsed, I went back to my specialist and underwent another semen culture test, each time the result was negative.

Since last year April, the pain came back with a vengeance and has not subsided. I went back to my specialist who did a semen culture test again and again the results were negative. I was really helpless. In between, I took 2 courses of Co-amoxiclav and 1 course of doxycycline plus 2 courses of ibuprofen, as well as all those natural antibiotics out there that claim to kill off whatever infection that tests could not find. I also did the magnesium treatment 2x but the pain persisted.

Finally.. Guys listen carefully, I did deep googling, studied medical journals, and finally I suspected, the infection could be caused by Yeast. I switched hospitals, was referred to a urologist who disbelieved my suspicions. That fellow is a clueless dude. I insisted for 2 semen cultures to be done, 1 for bacteria and 1 for fungus and I insisted that they wait 5 days before confirming the results. 2 doctors displayed disbelief and made stupid remarks “You need 5 days? the standard duration is 48 hours, which is sufficient to grow the bacteria” and No, I insisted 5 days.

So.. they found yeast in the semen finally. If I hadn’t insisted for 5 days incubation of the test, likely they were going to tell me “oh, there’s nothing wrong with you, we found nothing” Instead, the 3rd doctor who attended to me said “hmm this is rare, I am not an expert in this field, I gotta transfer you to the Infectious disease department”. The 3rd doctor didn’t even know what medication to prescribe me or how many days dosage.

I tell you guys, don’t give in to the theory of no bacteria until you have tried a semen culture for yeast and bacteria. Insist for 5 days. All the medical guys all there who say fungus is rare, its because they never test for it and when they do, they don’t culture it long enough. The 48 hours regimen is not sufficient to culture such elusive bacteria/yeast.

I demanded to speak the to their senior management for explanation and they slotted me for the earliest appointment with the Infectious disease clinic.
I will come back to update later.

    • epididymitis

This makes a lot of sense! I bet you anything that the yeast you had was specifically candida. Something that I haven’t been able to find is the affect of medications like diflucan (used to treat yeast infections) have on yeast. My experience and suspicion is that yeast acts very much like bacteria in that it becomes resistant to medications. I have seen this happen with multiple women. I have had issues with candida yeast on skin and leveraging an alkaline environment got rid the problem. I would rub and scrub with soap, then pure baking soda, sometimes I’d keep the baking soda on the skin, and I also went to cosco to get 5 lbs bags of baking soda and used it liberally in bath water. I also followed the dietary restrictions on written in the book titled: The Yeast Connection. I recommend you give it a read.

    • chris

dude please keep us updated. i am on the same boat. its been 2 years. pain in prostate area and epititymis area. all STD tests negative, no antibiotics work. But i know its from sex. SO i have a feeling it is yeast also. I should get the damn semen culture done. Whats the treatment if it is yeast??? I have been on herbal/ayurvedic medicine for a long fucking time, and it is not give me the full cure i want. just temporary healing and the pain comes back

  • Alrob

I’m 22 and have been suffering with this since I was 15. All tests for bacteria came back negative. I went private aged 19 and he done many tests and done a camera inside me. He decided It was a low grade infection lingering in my prostate and to take antibiotics at the point of pain: Went back to NHS aged 21 and was told nothing wrong with me and not to take anti biotics. Flared up so badly just now and I’m on ciprofloxain. So glad I found this page is my theory has always been that it gets blocked then the infection comes.

Is this procedure safe ? I really want to try this and pray it helps me 😭

    • epididymitis

Yes it is. Good luck, really hope it helps!

      • Alrob

Thanks very much. As a fellow sufferer can you advice on cipro. I have read some messed up stuff online about cipro and it’s made me so scared. My girlfriends loosing the plot saying not to worry but some of the side effects people say have ruined there lives !

        Cheers again

        • chris

dude keep this convo updated pls. im a sufferer of an infection too. so if it the epididymitis gets unclogged and antibiotics work let us know. I think the problem is once the infection gets in the prostate, its tough because penetrating that area is not easy

          • Alrob

I will do mate ! Tbh the doctors don’t really know where it is. I’m about a week into 20 days of cipro and I do feel better but this time once I stop I’m going to try this flush. The way I think if this is, yeah it’s shit and gives us some bad days but at least it’s not life threatening or anything. I’ll be in touch. Have you been on cipro before ?

          • chris

Its not life threatening but i do wanna have kids at some point. And i dont wanna infect my wife in that process. Yes i have been on cipro and levaquin also. I recently just completed a 5 days prescription of diflucan. not much of a difference. Ive been taking many herbal mediciations and that hasnt been doing the trick either.

          • Alrob

Yeah mate me too. Although I don’t think anything bad will happen to your wife. With me they have never had any positive tests for bacteria even though the cipro seems to help. That’s why I think this theory of a blockage may be what’s wrong with me. I’ve 2 weeks of cipro left to take so I’ll try this flush them and post my results.

          • chris

depends what tests you do. if the bacteria is trapped in ur prostate. it wont show up in a urine test. you might need to do a semen culture

          • chris

I actually got a semen culture done and came back positive for staph

          • Alrob

            Hi Chris.
I have came back on this as I remember i was going to post my results. I went to see a new urologist 2 months ago. The lump my doctor thought was empididymitis is actually a varicocele, an ultrasound confirmed this. This is most common on the left side where I have it.

Thing is I have pain on my right side too and it shows in the scan as a shadow so I’m going to try this flush. The website appears to be broken though !

My urologist says I also have chronic prostatitis but not to take antibiotics again.

I hope things are ok with your pain, I had a good spell in the summer and now I am in a bad spell.

    • Dave cose

Don’t ever let a doctor give you Cipro it will kill every good bacteria in your body. It also is declared not safe in the UK for prostate issues.

  • JC8

I just drank my first serving of 3/4 c water with Epsom salt. Doesn’t taste that awful guys. Also, add a squeeze of lemon to the water and it tastes just fine.

Doctors have NOT been able to figure out what is wrong with me. I have a VERY tender spot on my left testicle in what appears to be the epididymal tail. On an ultrasound, they actually saw a 3mm calcium deposit!

No antibiotics or antiinflammatories have helped. I hope this works tonight!

    • JC8

Well everyone, I did this last night, and I honestly feel better. I was SO skeptical about it as well. I’ve been on docy, levaquin, ibuprofen, mobic, Percocet, oregano oil, saw palmetto, horsetail, uva ursi, and mega dosing Vitamin C. Today, after the magnesium flush, I feel a good deal better. I still don’t feel 100%, but better. I’m going to give it one more go tonight just in case there is still some left. The diahreea isn’t too awful. Just don’t plan to leave the house for the night lol.

After I ejaculated, I still had some pain. Once I woke up this morning, I could still feel a bit of something, but as the day has progressed, I’ve actually gradually felt better.

So far so good, but I don’t want to jump the gun and curse it.

I didn’t feel any actual deposit come out in my semen, and the ultrasound said I had a 3mm calcium deposit. Shouldn’t I have felt that when I cleaned up after I ejaculated?

Give this treatment a try, everyone!

      • epididymitis

3mm! That seems huge. Good luck on your next run though.

        • JC8

Yes it really does! It was only measured via its “shadow” on ultrasound though. So I’m not sure how accurate that is.

      • james

so is the pain completely gone now???

  • JC8

I did this last night, and I’m actually feeling better I think. Still a bit tender in left tesriclele, but a marked improvement I think. I’ll know better as the day progresses.

Question: is this meant to actually remove the calcium deposit by ejaculating it out entirely? I don’t believe I felt or saw any calcium stone come out when I ejaculated.

    • epididymitis

Yes that’s correct, but you definitely would not be able to see anything. The epididymis is very small and a stone would be very very small as well

    • swartaru grover

Did you have a lump as well?

  • Sara

Hello, I was wondering if any of you guys can help ease my anxiety. My son (8) was recently diagnosed with epididimytis and upon closer look, they found calcification in his ultrasound. On a scale of one to panic attack, how worried should I be?

    • epididymitis

Sorry to hear that Sara. I wouldn’t panic. I think you have two issues: your immediate problem with the calcium deposit, which this webpage addresses for men. And the issue that your son is getting calcium deposits in the first place. You could try drinking magnesium to see if that flushes it out on its own. As for why you’re son has a calcium deposit, well there are many reasons but diet and water are the most important in this case in my opinion. I’d especially have him avoid anything with fluoride as this toxic chemical calcifies the body, and younger people are are most risk because dosage is not controlled when put in the water supply.

      • Ron Eheman

my boy is having problems with epididimytis . i am a fluoride poisoned person. Started the only support group on the net
        https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/FluoridePoisoning/info

The likelyhood of F- causing problems seems likely to me . It’s almost impossible to avoid. all the fluoroquilins have F- . can blow out your Achilles tendon. Drink distilled water, no manufactured foods. it’s in fertilizers, pesticides, 50% of all drugs, etc.
Keep tabs on this – you may be on to something here.

Will 500mg magnesium pills work and if so do i still take a the 24 pills ??

  • searchforcure

isn’t taking 24 pills within 2 hours dangerous? My urologist diagnosed me with an epidymal cyst will your protocal work for a cyst as well?I have quite a bit of fluctating pain and the Dr has me taking 500 mg Naproxin in the AM and another 500 MG at night. Please advise

  • brett

I’ve first had chronic epdidtmists 5 years ago. Non bacterial. After many rounds of anti botic and other media it went away on its own.
Now I’ve had it again this summer .. took 3 months to go away and now I have it again. More anti biotic. I take saw palmetto and many minerals and such thay everyone suggest.
My biggest symptoms aRe frequent peeing, burning urethra feeling and painful testes. They also get a burning or funny sensation off and on too. No pelvic pain. You can feel the epdidtmists is swollen.
I am thinking of trying this, not sure if it will help my case thou
    Also I’m assuming it’s safe ??

    • epididymitis

Yes it’s safe, see the other comments. From your description, I’d seriously recommend you get tested for yeast. See some of the other recent comments. If you had a stone, you most likely wouldn’t be feeling a burning sensation in your urethra. Thats not to say the flush wouldn’t hurt to try first though.

  • Peter Van Voorthuizen

The 12 mg pills, how much does each pill contain? Please advise

    • epididymitis

They are 12 pills, each one is about 1000 mg

  • leaning

My story: “Kicked in the junk” feeling for 10+ years. Pain is mainly behind my pubic bone, and goes up to navel and down to testicles. Just a soreness that gets worse when you push anywhere in that area. MRIs, ultrasounds, CTs, IVPs, etc. reveal nothing. Labelled “chronic abdominal pain”. Tried antibiotics, TENS units, acupuncture, liver flushes (apple juice/olive oil/Epsom salts). Have found that almost every urologist and GI person hates to really put hands on a person. More like a few quick pokes and a huge rush to get out of there. Only pills I take are Vit C, E, fish oil, multivitamins. I grew up next to a limestone plant and my mother made us eat dolomite tablets daily like they were candy, so I think calcium buildup in me is a good possibility (I have kidney stones, too.) Could also be a sexual disease thing, too. Anyway, I ordered the mag sulfate tablets, miror EFP, flower pollen, and stinging nettle. Going to throw everything at it to maybe get one hour/day of pain-free relief, plus do your flush. Figured it can’t hurt, and who knows, it might work. If anyone has any thoughts on this, or other things I can try, please let me know.

    • chris

sounds like an STI. A bacteria that is antibiotic resistant. Get a semen culture done.

  • Youssef

Can this help with chronic non bacterial epididymitis? the ultrasound didn’t show any calcium deposit
and can I use epsom salt instead of tablets? and how many grams should I use?

    • epididymitis

Yes it can help. And yes you can use epsom salt, just use the same mg amount as you would with the pills. Each pill has 1000mg in it.

      • Youssef

Must I repeat this (for example once a month)?
and is it suitable for me (I’m 17 years old)?

  • Youssef

Can this help with chronic non bacterial epididymitis?

  • ikenna

Hi, I just bought epsom salt 1kg. Please how should I use it? How many tablespoons should I use and how much should I drink at interval. I couldn’t buy the higher mg of magnesium sulfate so I bought epsom salt and I hope it will give me the same results because I want to try it tomorrow. I need to know how many tablespoons I can use and how many litre of water to use and how much to drink at each intervals? Thanks

  • ikenna

Will epsom give some results like the tablets?

    • Suzuki

      1. 1tbs of magnisum sulfate mixed with 3/4 cup of water (one cup of water is 250ml) at 6 pm
      2. 1tbs magnisum sulfate mixed with 3/4 cup of water (one cup of water is 250ml) at 8 pm
Yes the salt and tablets are the same. The tablets actually has the same salt in them. Just make sure that the salt is fully dissolved in the water before drinking it.
Personally, I doubt that this method actually work. If it’s really effective, then doctors would have used it as injection directly to blood stream with proper concentration to treat such illness.
But anyway, it has some other benefits. So in my opinion just add it to your dietary for a month or so and see how your body change.

      • Emily May

        A medical doctor would NEVER use this treatment, Suzuki! Their treatments are generally prescription meds and/or surgery. That’s it;

        • Suzuki

It is common that doctors seek more income from patients body if they are not going to be punished. One study showed that doctors with private clinic who have particular equipment are twice more likely to prescribe a treatment that use the equipment that they have.
But also if a doctor want to be seen as genuine and unconventional, it’s wise to use herbal treatments and non invasive reversible treatment for minor illnesses.
For this to happen patients should be well informed to favour such doctors and treatments.
In this treatment, only 1/3 of the salt get absorbed by the body. This exact amount could be injected instead into the blood stream slowly to avoid the diarrhea.

  • Suzuki

I have calcification 3x6mm in the epididymis. I can sense the mass with my fingers. Can this treatment help?

  • Ian_SAfc

So, I know how I got Epididymitis. I exercised did a squat with some weights , and the day after I felt this sharp pain in my left testicle. After 3-4 weeks the pain subsided and now I am left with a “discomfort”. Will this natural magnesium be worth a try for me, or do you think I just got some bacteria down there etc? I know for a fact its not the result of sexual activity, so its not STI related.

  • Ian_SAfc

I was skeptical but I tried it, and it kindof worked. I say kindof, because the next day I felt a LOT better and thought, “wow, I am cured”. Then I tried the pinch test and I think I pressed a bit too hard and may have hurt my left testicle again. 🙁 So I seem to have been healed then unhealed.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any comments on this aparrent healing then unhealing?

  • JJ

brother, I don’t know who this is that posted this, but I want to express my deep gratitude for this. I happened upon this in desperation after suffering from bouts of epididymides for about 7 years. Lately it had gotten so bad and I was really at my wits end. Like a lot of active people mention in the comments ‘I just couldn’t rest anymore’. I have a toddler and I was living with constant pain that dictated all my actions and had held me back now for so long. I almost cannot believe this worked as it did. I am so grateful! Stranger … you saved me. I cant thank you enough. I would have never come up with this on my own. I actually found this while researching how to have a surgery to remove my testicle. i was desperate. Have been totally pain free for 72 hours after years of constant agony. I feel for all those who’s discomfort has led them to this page. Before trying this I had been to dr.’s, had a $5K ultrasound, chronic bouts that were constant of late, bathed 2X a day in epsom salts, smoked CBD marijuana strains, iced and heat packed my manhood to the point that I’d literally given up. If we ever meet I owe you a night of drunken excess. You have had such a profound impact on my quality of life. This kind of selfless humanitarian shit of just sharing knowledge because you figured something out gives me hope in the species and really restores my faith in humanity. If I was the sort to believe in god I would say ‘ god bless you’. what ever that sentiment is from an athiest is what I would like to express to you. Thank you so much for saving me such horrible pain and restoring my life.

    • epididymitis

Thanks for the appreciation JJ. I can feel your pain before, and I’m so glad I was able to help someone by creating this website!

Can anyone help me out ive been diagnosed with eepididyitis but dont have the common symptons such as redness, swelling, etc.. I began feeling discomfort a day after work. I work in a warehouse lifting boxes looked it up and found epididymitis can be caused from lifting heavy objects amd needing to go pee (dont remember if i needed to go at work the night before discomfort began) i was given levofloxacin 500 mg for 10 days while on the pills it seemed to go away but after around day 14 discomfort returned. . i want to try this but was only able to find magnesium 500mg pills could it work with these and if so would it still be the 12 pills at 6 and 8???

How much water to salt ratio?

  • Marcelo Gamboa Becerra

i am a young Mexican and I want to tell everyone that I tried the magnesium treatment and I am surprised because the next day I take my pain was finished.

I felt a little dizzy the day that it consumi but all that happened and now I’m excellent. I have read countless benefits over magnesium so I’ll keep taking it in small doses. thank you very much to the person who shared this treatment and my advice to everyone is to stop taking the antibiotic prescribing doctor and changing their diet and habits. plenty of exercise, drink water and be with a calm mind helps.

    to take magnesium!

    luck!

    • Hiram Gallardo

Hi Marcelo, I’m Hiram and also from Mexico, did the pain come back? I’m suffering the big E for the last 3 months and I want to try this method. Saludos desde Chihuahua!

Thank you! What a fabulous site. One of the clearest and most helpful sites I have found on this topic. Thank you so much for posting this information.

I have what I think would be called an epidydemal cyst, as opposed to edidyemitis. It appeared about two months ago, sort of next to and above my right testicle. It is quite large, maybe 2/3 the size of the testicle itself, and pretty hard to the touch. The size varied at first, but now seems pretty constant. Though asymptomatic at first, over the last two weeks it has gradually become more painful, which is starting to concern me (It is becoming difficult to walk without discomfort).

Does this sound like epidydemitis, or something different? Do y’all think the magnesium treatment would be appropriate?

    Thanks for your help!

    • epididymitis

Thanks for the support about the site, and sorry for the very delayed reply (I took some time off for awhile). I’d see a doctor asap. 2/3 the size of your testicle is far larger than any calcium deposit that this treatment deals with. Could be in fact a cyst.

  • Chevalier Noir

-Week 1: Doctor preemptively thinking it was STI related gave an intramuscular shot of Ceftriaxone at office and prescribed Doxycycline for two weeks.
-Week 2: After ten days, body temperature was significantly better; but, epididymis and groin was still significantly tender to touch with local inflammation that was evident. Doctor received negative tests for Gonococcal and Chlamydial infections. Switched medication to two week regiment of Levofloxacin.
-Week 3: Very little improvement but continued Levofloxacin. Stopped taking OTC NSAID Acetaminophen, because of dangerous reaction, almost went into seizure and passed out.
-Week 4: Significant signs of wellness, only tender to touch, found blood in semen 2x. Small 4mm lump on tail of epididymis (bottom of testicle) found.
-Week 5: Most signs of pain, inflammation gone; swelling of epididymis and testicle remained.
-Week 7: Swelling and dull ache with constipation of epididymis, testicle come and go depending of time of day. Lump on tail of epididymis still present when swollen. Ejaculation helps swelling.
-Week 8: Found this website, ordered Magnesium Sulfate and followed procedure accordingly.
Day After, significantly better and swelling of epididymis and testicle has gone without OTC NSAID Ibuprofen. Will update in a week. Thank you for suggestions outlined on this website.

    • duif73

You didn’t update 😉 would be great to hear how things went from there. Thanks

I have done the treatment, and the pain is gone I’am not sure what cause my epidymitis bacteria or something else but the pain is gone,My left testicle is still painful on touch so I’am not sure should i make the treatment again and should I use full dose of Epson salt or only half is enaught?

  • RobDylan

I had epidydmis on my left an year before and the inflammation and pain on upper part of testicles is still persisting. Have grade 1 billateral varicocle. I habe gone through 2 ,3 courses of antibiotics at that time, but still pain is there. Will it works for me.

  • Harry Green

I have epididymitis for over 2 years, i’m tired of taking antibiotics. Now, I’m taking a herbal medicine called diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill. My pain has relieved a little. I’ll give it a a try. Hope it can hasten the recovery.

    • Robert Lew

is your problem resolved now? and could you pm me the contact info

  • Andrew

Hello. Tried this and the morning after with the salts and water everything’s pretty much the same besides swelling has went down..pain to the touch and brown semen still relevant. Any suggestions?

  • Mali

I have had Epididymitis since October 2013, so it’s been 3 years now. At the time when it started I was 21 and had sex more than a year ago. In the first few days both my testes were burning with pain so I had to see a doctor who prescribed me antibiotics (don’t know the name) for 10 days. I finished the medication but the pain didn’t go away so I decided to go see a Urologist. The urologist took me an ultrasound and told me I am fine and that there was nothing there. He gave me anti-inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen I think). The pain got less severe and I think it was after 3-4 weeks since it started I noticed I had a small hard pea-sized lump on my left testicle.

I didn’t have enough money to go see a doctor since I was a student depending on scholarship allowances and nobody was supporting me at home financially. So I decide to bear the pain since it was less severe. In June 2016 I went again to see another doctor who took me an ultrasound and said they had to remove my epididymis. I made an appointment at the surgery, while I was thinking about it since it could lead to infertility. I did some research on the internet and found out that removing the epididymis doesn’t guarantee that the pain will go away, and if it doesn’t you’ll have to remove the whole testicle. I also discussed it with my girlfriend I’ve been dating since 2010 and planning on getting married. She was against the surgery and was worried we won’t have children in the future so I decided not to do it.
I feel positive now seeing I’m not the only one going through this. I’ve been having problems in my love life as this makes me crave for lots of sex and ejaculating seems to ease the pain most of the time.
Soon I’ll try this methods and see if it works. Actually I’m from the Pharmacy already, didn’t get the tablets but got Epson Salts BP. So I’ll be back to give a feedback!

    • chelo

Hi, I congratulate you for your decision not to remove the epididymis.
I recommend that you do the treatment and also visit another urologist.
When I took the treatment my pain disappeared and then it reappeared
I think it’s because magnetium is a natural analgesic and muscle relaxant.
I resumed taking antibiotics in a lower dose but a longer time.
I also continue taking homeopathic medicine and I have also continued to take small doses of magnetium every day.
      That has helped a lot.
As well as changes of habits and much meditation
The pain has disappeared 98 percent and my epididymis is deflated.
      It
is necessary to have patience, to see an urologist and alternative
medicine, as well as to observe our past and to try to correct the
karma, in my opinion that helps.
Luck and think that all this is temporary
      cheer up!

      • Mali

Hello, thank you for your advice. What’s the name of the antibiotics you’re taking? I did the magnesium treatment; to be honest the diarrhea wasn’t bad cause I made sure I drank lots of water and not eat anything 4 hours before doing it. Unfortunately, the pain didn’t go away as I expected but in future I’m planning to increase the dosage to 2 and 1/4 of tbs of Epson salt.

  • Ronak

Hi, I recently had Epididymitis, and my right testis grow bigger and bigger. Is this treatment work for my situation as well? Any help please.

    • Mali

Try to see a urologist first to determine the root of your problem. If your epididymitis is caused by infection you’ll be prescribed antibiotics which I believe you should take for a limited time. I can say this treatment should be a last resort.

      • Ronak

Thank you for your response. I already seen by urologist and they said it cause by infection. They also prescribed ciprofloxacin. I am already taking those for last 7 days but no sign of improvement. I also read ciprofloxacin side effect even after finished course it has series side effect, it is scary….

  • RobW

Hi Guys. I’ve had Epididymitis type symptoms for literally 25 years. I’ve tried long term antibiotics, nerve blocks, acupressure, acupuncture, massage, Quercitin, biofeedback and a slew of other things over the years. I got to the point where I just accepted this was a life condition. The testes are always tender but with pain management I’m able to cope.

Now something new. This past week I had to get dental surgery done. The dentists want me to take Amoxicillin for 14 days. On day 6, I crossed my legs weird getting out of my car and had immediate extreme pain. This will shortly followed by nausea and abdominal cramping. I’ve been this bad before many times over the years. I REALLY don’t want to go through this again! I have noticed also over the years that my testes get tender every time I have to take broad spectrum antibiotics for something, like a sinus infection, etc. I find some hits by googling on that exact hypothesis. But really, who knows. It’s not listed as a rare side effect of any antibiotic that I’ve seen. It does seem quite the coincidence though.

I have NEVER heard of this magnesium sulfate treatment before! I’m going to try it. What’s the worst that could happen, two days of shits?

Has anyone notices that the link above for the treatment messes up their browser? I’ve used 3 different browsers and it will work once, and then the browser will blink but not load the page. I think it’s got some viruses on it. Whoever owns that site may want to check it out to see if somebody has put mal-ware on your server. I’m in a very secure environment so I don’t think it’s me.

Would someone please copy and past the treatment in this forum so I can view it?

    • epididymitis

Hi Rob, I took a leave of absence from maintaining the site for about 6 months. Try checking the link for this page, it should work now.

  • Paul277

Hi guys i came on here a while ago and wanted to report back with my latest situation. For those who dont know i lost my right testicle as a misdiagnosis of testicular cancer. Soon after I developed chronic epidydimitis in the surviving one! Horrible situation to live with for coming up to 3 years and really tested my mental health too. Anyway ive tries the following: magnesium method, exploratory laparoscopy (looking for hernia), gabapentin, pregabalin, about 5 different antibiotics, multi vitamins, saw palmetto. The latest thing im trying is colloidal silver and i have to say its definitely working and ive been using it for a week. My testicle is relaxed now and doesn’t hurt 95%of the time. Hopefully it stays this way. By the way if u want to try this then do ur research first but i ended up buying sovereign silver. Anyway hope this helps, its worth a try if the magnesium treatment doesnt work. Thanks

    • David K

do you apply the sovereign silver liquid directly to the testicle?

  • Tom B

Has anyone tried acupuncture or Chinese herbs? I will try magnesium but am hoping chinese herbs might provide a longer term defense. Mine flared up after riding a bike with a hard seat. Stay away from hard seats!

    • hopefulpatient143

Hi Tom, I started using the Chinese herbs and I saw a lot of improvement. Unfortunately I am unable to ship the medicines easily from USA to India. But out of all the medicines I used Chinese herbs were most effective.

Hi Epididymitis, has anyone has success in reducing the size of their epidydemal cyst using this method?

  • MBR

hi there, do you have any figures regarding pecentage of men this is working for? hard to tell from comments. Waiting for ultrasound to come back but pretty sure i have epidiymitis, pain not subsiding with antibiotics, 3 days cipro and now 7 days doxy. pain is worse after ejaculation and it is different…thicker and about less thsn half of usual amount, so some sort of blocking kind of makes sense. pain is aggravated by movement, hard to work, very uncomfortable and ofcourse very scary. thankyou for your help and this website, will see urologist but becoming very open-minded to trying this

    • epididymitis

I’d say that most people don’t come back to report their outcome after trying the method unfortunately so can’t say for certain the percentage of success. Good luck trying it though!

Please help.. i had a vascectomy in 2010.. months later continued shooting in my testicles especially when having sex. Was diagnosed with epididymitis and given a chord block.. this worked for five or so months.. then pain returned.. also get the pain in abdomen. So i go for a openended vascectomy.. two years ago.. after heeling finally pain free with the odd subtle reminder … now 2016 pain decides to return same shooting stop you in your tracks pain. And constant kicked in the junk feels.. so any chance this treatment could help?

    • epididymitis

I’m pretty sure this technique would only work for you if you had a vasectomy reversal unfortunately.

  • Luca Ruella

I am from Europe and I cannot order the product from american amazon, can you suggest an equivalent product available in europe?

    • epididymitis

Yes, just try regular epsom salts. You should be able to find those anywhere.

  • Patryk Tariq

Hi guys im keen to start the Epsom Salt treatment. Can someone please tell me the EXACT instructions for this. And is it just regular Epsom Salts i need to buy?

    • GetItRight4aChange

Yes, regular Epsom Salts. Every time the directions say to take 12 pills and 3/4 cup of water, you will use 1 tablespoon (or 3 teaspoons) of Epsom Salts in 3/4 cup of water instead.

  • Patryk Tariq

Can someone please tell me which Epsom salts i can buy. Is it okay to purchase the ones that are normally used to soak your body when having a bath. Because those are not the only ones I come across in the local stores.

    • GetItRight4aChange

Yes, but make sure it is just epsom salts WITHOUT fragrance, etc. added. It will say on the packaging that it can be used internally.

      • Patryk Tariq

i feel like the pain is getting really bad now. i am having pain in my anus. im scared that i might now have prostattis

        • Serge 1990

Hi! Try to take homeopathic remedies like Cantharis and sulphur they really help to fight infection with no side effects at all. Need take them both for at least one month to make treatment more effective.

  • Patryk Tariq

hello everyone. my epididmitis pain is getting worse. i am having really bad pain which is occurring in my anus area too. please please answer. can this treatment cure prostatitis. i am afraid that that the epiidimitis pain on my right testicle is going to affect my prostate. if anyone knows hat i am talking about or has experienced the same please respond.
    .

  • Patryk Tariq

In terms of the epsom salts is it okay to buy Magnesium sulphate heptahydrate BP or magnesium sulphate. Are both okay?

    • epididymitis

      Only use regular magnesium sulphate!

  • Patryk Tariq

Whilst i am on this forum I really want all the men to listen to this piece of information. I was prescribed Ciproflaxacin to treat my pain epididimitis. I can tell you that it did not cure the infection and has left me with other health issues which is primarily joint pain. Many doctors prescribe this antibiotic as a first resort when it should be prescribed as a last resort.

Ciproflacacin and other fluoroquinolones have ruined lives of thousands of people. This drug can cause tendon rupture and neurological disorders from just wanting to treat that one infection you had in your testicle. Unless you are in life or death circumstance please stay clear of this antibiotic. It is poisonous and you will only know the results once you have ingested it. If anyone here is a Floxie Sufferer you are welcome to contact me. I have some useful tips to hand out.

Magnesium spray oils and supplements are your first order for recovering.

    • r.rhine

Hi Patryk. Unfortunately your comment couldn’t resonate with me more. I had epididymo orchitis which has left me with chronic pain in one testicle. Doctor prescribed me with ciprofloxacin and it made my life hell. Nerve problems, tinnitus, joint issues, vision issues mainly. How are you now. I really need some help/support.

I really need someone to talk to about this.

In 2008, i had what I thought was a torsion of the left testicle. Went to ER and they said it was epididimitis. They assumed it was from an infection. Was given a shot called Rocephin directly into the groin.

Told to take COLD baths, but I forgot this as soon as I got home. I filled the tub with warm water and got in… Soon as i did that, my left nut immediately swelled. So did the scrotum on that side. ***sigh***

I did not go back to the ER.

The left nut felt very big. But the right nut still worked ok. I could still masturbate ok. Just had loose and fluid filled left side of sack.

Fast forward to 2016. Same thing happend to the right testicle. At the time, slightly tender epidydimus – but testicle still soft / unswollen. I go to ER, the same events play out all over again. The Rocephin shot, and I go home and mess up the bath… Took warm instead of COLD.

Right testicle swelled. Go to ER and told that I have orchitis. But ultrasound says testicles still getting blood flow. They just really really hurt and my thighs hurt.

Did reading about Rocephin – can apparently cause allergic reactions in some people. Why did they use these shots on me before knowing exact cause of my epididimitis?

Rocephin can also cause imbalance of gut flora, as well as uric acid stones. Can cause candida overgrowth. I do not know what caused my epididimitis. I suspect viral or fungal more than bacterial. But stone in the tubes also possible.

Other bit of information….. When I was 12, i did a very stupid expirament – i tried to flood my bladder with water by putting a straw down my pee hole and attaching a bottle of tap water. I cannot believe something I did when I was 12 could be affecting me now.

Anyway, any suggestions to help the condition? You are all saying to use the Magnesium. I can maybe get this at Wal Mart.

Around here in Brazil where I am for the moment, magnesium sulfate is difficult to get. All farmacies have magnesium chloride, and I read some research papers saying that magnesium chloride is less toxic than magnesium sulfate, and thus more recommended for internal use.

Anyway, the short question is: can I take magnesium chloride instead of sulfate? Anyone has any direct experiences of magnesium chloride?

    Health to everyone!

Hello i have a problem of epididymitis from last 6-7month..i dnt have a pain..just a sweling or lump on my right testis..plz tell me the right treatment

  • Doug Alan

I’ve had painful epididymitis symptoms for 25 years. Took pounds of various antibiotics with no relief. I finally got some relief by taking zinc and vitamin A, but for the last 20 years I’ve had a nagging pain from “down there”. I got a bit sick of hurting there and other places, and went to my GP. He checked all the usual suspects, and took a blood sample for testing. Never heard from him again regarding anything being wrong, but a week or 2 later got the test results in the mail.
I looked them over and didn’t see anything out of the ordinary “except” one thing; my vitamin D level was tagged “low”. Odd, thought I, as I had been taking fairly large doses (5 to 10000 units/day) for quite a while before the test. Well, OK, I can fix that. So, I started taking HUGE doses of D (60,000 – 70,000IU) a day, thinking a couple of these should get my level up to normal. I was more than amazed that after a day or two, ALL of my pains were gone! Not just the general bone aches and such, but my balls didn’t hurt AT ALL. I could have lifted a watermelon with ’em! I have subsequently stopped taking so much D, as I was worried about toxicity and calcium buildup in my arteries, and lo and behold, the pain has returned. Don’t know why it works. SO, have your 25 Hydroxy-D levels checked. You may be surprised.

Can this be done in any 8 hour window??

So this wont work if I had a vasectomy?

I would like to update my condition after having this problem for 3 years. I had stinging pain on my left testicle in particular. It happened gradually, but after i had a viral fever. I thought it was acute prostatitis. Before all these, I was on propecia for many years and decided to stop suddenly. I had the following symptoms:

    1. Smelly clear discharge [Not STD, I was abstinent for 7 years]
    2. Redness on tip of penis
    3. constant left epididymal pain, radiating to scrotum and thigh
    4. urinary problems at night
    5. Watery ejaculate

    I tried the following:

    1. 2 courses of Co-Amoxiclav [Failed]
    2. 3 course of Diflucan and metronidazole [Failed]
    3. Quercetin + Bromelain [Failed]
    4. Turmeric [Failed]
    5. Ibuprofen/Naproxen/Diclofenac large doses [Failed]
    6. Prostate massage [Failed]
    7. The Magnesium Treatment x 3 attempts [Failed]

I became desperate when I met somebody recently. So, I read on the web about some people have success with megadoses of Vitamin C and D.

I started with 2mg, steadily increasing it to 6mg daily, which is my point of bowel tolerance. I took it together with 20,000 IU of Vitamin D daily.

After 1 week, I notice the redness on the penis tip starting to fade. The symptoms began to wax and wane. After 3 weeks, the pain was virtually gone, including the smelly discharge.

I am still on 4 mg of Vitamin C daily [The RDA for gorillas]. I don’t know about you guys, everybody’s condition is different, even if the pain is in the same area. It may not work for you.

I am now 99% symptom free. Its enough for me. The best part is no pain after sex.

    Good luck guys.

    • Lowreen

One more thing, I was in and out of hospital and was referred to CDC, they tested me several times, took urine, seminal samples, pelvic scan. There was nothing.

Its up to you, if you are desperate enough, you can attempt Vitamin C. I believe Linus Pauling and Klenner.

    • Kabel

      Man!

I have been reading loads of comments but nobody mentioned the redness of the tip of the penis. All the other symptomps are the same that I have so you might be my man! Can u explain exactly how did you get rid of this? i understand that you took megadose vitamin C and D but could you specify what to do pleade? i am so happy that I found you.

Been reading all of the testimonials, and really wish people would come back more and let everyone know the results. After three or more years of this pain, drugs, tests, nerve blocks, etc. with no relief, this stone theory and “cure” could be the solution. Going to give it a try. If nothing else, at least I get a “Happy Ending”. Thanks for posting this information, even if it doesn’t work. Certainly is educational. Not sure when I will do this, but as Arnold would say, ” I’ll be back” with my results.

Hey – really appreciate this thread as I have been suffering from what I believe is viral-based epididymitis for nearly 5 years. It has gotten to the point where no painkillers, NSAIDS, or homeopathics work. CAN I DRINK AS MUCH WATER AS I WANT THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT? I notice that you say drink the 12 capsules with 3/4 a cup of water, so wasn’t sure if it was limited to that.

For any of you who are new to this terrible, terrible condition. I would like to offer some advice. If your pain can be managed by ibuprofen, etc., I would try using a homeopathic I used for a long time that isn’t as hard on your stomach. Arnica 30cc pellets, take 5 at a time and should last you 2-3 hours.

Hoping that my condition isn’t so bad to the point where all of my epididymis is scarred, traumatized tissue that cannot be cured. I keep all of you in my thoughts as I know how difficult it is to live with this. Never stop searching for a cure, whether this works for you or not.

    Hi

  • Believer12345

Hey there. Great website, and exciting material you have written! I have a question, will magnesium bisglycinate chelate in powder form also work? I have a few pots of it at home of the brand Healthy Origins and I thought it could save me some money if I didn’t have to buy the magnesium sulfate pills or epsom salts. Also, what dosage do 12 pills of the magnesium sulfate product you’ve posted correspondent to?

    Many thanks!

    With best regards from Holland

i can feel a hanging scrotal stone, (a tube extends out of the epididymis )not deposits that u cant feel. maybe there are deposits in the epididmis as well. i want to try this method? why so dead in here??

  • Rick

Regarding those who have had a vasectomy, it seems that the treatment might still be effective in breaking down the calcium deposit even though it would not be passed out through ejaculation. Is that true? Is it possible that the body would absorb broken down calcium similar to how it absorbs unspent sperm?

    • Hem

Would like to know the answer to that as well! Have you tried the flush yourself yet with any benefit?

  • sahil islam

Can any one make a video tutorials about the whole process…
I think there are lots of patients all over the world n doctor can’t find it. Stupid doctors

  • Believer12345

First time I tried this method, exactly as described. Only I started at 11:14 PM. Did it this night as I speak. Used the same 2 hours in-betweens the instructions. After ejaculating, I felt immediate relief, and a decrease of pain in the area. Pain still exists in the Epididymis though. I still have to go to sleep. Will report tommorow if pain has completely dissapeared. If not, I will retry this method, as I have read the calcium deposit could have moved at this point but is not fully out yet.

I had a vasectomy done two year ago and suddenly about two weeks ago the epididymis on my rirght test had become swollen and started aching. I also feel pain in my abdomen and groin, the right lymphatic gland and all the way down to my right knee. Do you think this procedure has any chance of succeeding? I have already collected a course of antibiotics from my GP but I am a bit reluctant to start it because it is for 28 days and it may not help at all…

  • morningstar.fallen

To answer my own question, it did not get rid of the swelling but somewhat diminished the pain. Plus I had a good time with my lady friend and slept like a baby after ingesting this much magnesium. I started the antibiotics this morning….

HI guys, can anyone help? I have been diagnosed with epididimitis and have been in discomfort and pain for almost two months. Im exhausted by it and the anibiotics seem to have made no difference. They said they saw a small cyst at the head of the epidiimis on the ultrasound but that this is compleatly normal and shouldnt cause pain. Is this different from the calcium deposits people are referng to? How do I know if there is a clcium deposit? No doctor mentioned this. Thanks in advance. Also my pain is much more deep in my groins than anywhere else. SOmetimes the testicles hurt but not much. Does anyone else have this? Chris

So you’ll take 24 1000 milligram magnesium sulfate pills?? 24000 milligrams is safe for your body?

  • hopefulpatient143

Hi Epididymitis – I have been suffering with Epididymitis for more than 3 years now. I have tried all the options including Homeopathy and Ayurveda. No medicine has given me a complete relief yet. My main problems are epididymo-orchitis and poor flow of urine and frequent urination. I have an inflammation in prostate also. I am planning to take the treatment you suggested. I also got the Dr. Clark Magnesium Sulfate tablets that you suggested from USA. My only question and worry is would it be okay to take 24 pills of Magnesium Sulfate tablets within the time frame of 2 hours? Would it cause any side affects? Can you please clarify. I will be eagerly waiting for your response.

    Thanks in advance.
